Whether it is in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or in Canada, the parcel is delivered within a week from the shipping date; barring unforeseen circumstances. For other provinces of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the parcel is delivered within 10 days from the shipping date; barring unforeseen circumstances.

the same address. Also, there won't be another delivery in case the driver had already showed up at
a wrong address given by the client.

We pick up the package at your place with no charge. The contents of the package will be inspected
to ensure that all items are allowed by both the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)
and the Airline. We want all items to be shipped safely. We do not want our clients to pay for items that are
not allowed.
The parcel is weighed in the presence of the client and the payment must be made at
pickup. We accept cash and E-transfer at:

later than 2 days before the shipping date. The contents of the package will be inspected
to ensure that all items are allowed by both the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)
and the Airline. We want all items to be shipped safely. We do not want our clients to pay for items that are
not allowed.
The parcel is weighed in the presence of the client and

For residents of Canada, payments can be made via Interac e-Transfer at: agenceottawakin@gmail.com. You can also pay in cash upon pickup.
We accept payments made in Canada for parcels coming from the DRC. With that being said, the amount to be paid will be the equivalent (in Canadian dollars) of the price to pay in the DRC (in US dollars). For example, from Kinshasa, a 5 KG parcel costs US$ 106. The amount to pay in Canada (in Canadian dollar) will be the equivalent of US$ 106 based on the rate displayed on the XE Currency Converter website.
