From the date of shipment (barring unforeseen airline delays), the package will be delivered to your home within seven days in Kinshasa, Ottawa, Gatineau, and Montreal. Within the same timeframe, the package will be available for pickup in Abidjan. For other cities, the package will be available for pickup within 10 days. In the DRC, home delivery is also available in Lubumbashi.

later than 2 days prior to the shipping date. The contents of the package will be inspected
